Workshops:
Children learn best when they are directly taught practical tools in a supportive environment that encourage growth. Led by a licensed school psychologist, these interactive, evidence-based workshops help children build social-emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning skills. Workshops are tailored to the needs of schools, community organizations, parent groups, and other youth-serving programs, and can be offered as one-time presentations, multi-session series, classroom programs, or small-group interventions.
Workshop Topics May Include:
Social & relationship skills: Building healthy relationships, communication, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and self-advocacy.
Executive functioning & school success: Organization, attention, problem-solving, growth mindset, academic stress, and healthy habits that support learning.
Confidence & positive behavior: Developing self-esteem, confidence, self-control, and addressing behavioral challenges.
Developmental & family support: Navigating developmental or learning differences, family and parenting challenges, major life changes, and grief.
Emotional regulation & mental wellness: Managing anxiety, stress, emotions, coping skills, resilience, mindfulness, and healthy adjustment to life transitions.
