Energy Healing (Reiki)
Reiki, and energy healing more broadly, is based on the idea that our bodies and minds are influenced not just by physical and mental factors but also by subtle energy flow. When this flow is blocked, depleted, or misaligned, it can show up as stress, emotional unrest, or even physical discomfort. Energy healing works to restore balance, flow, and alignment in the body-mind-energy system, supporting natural healing and emotional integration.
Astropsychology
Astropsychology is a field that bridges astrology with psychology, exploring how the symbolic patterns in your birth chart relate to your inner life, personality dynamics, emotional patterns, and potential growth paths. It’s not about predicting the future, rather, about using the language of astrology as a map of the psyche and a tool to understand yourself and your life journey more deeply.
Psychotherpy
Psychotherapy is a structured, professional, long-term relational process designed to help you understand, integrate, and transform thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. These evidence-based frameworks used in session are carefully applied to help you gain insight, build skills, and heal dysfunctional emotional-behavior patterns.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of talk therapy. The goal is to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Often, our minds get stuck in negative or unhelpful patterns, which can make us feel anxious, sad, or stressed, and influence how we act. CBT teaches you to notice these unhelpful thoughts, challenge and reframe them, and try new behaviors that lead to better outcomes.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is another type of talk therapy that focuses on relationships and social connections as a way to improve emotional well-being; particularly relevant during the perinatal phase. It helps you understand how their relationships, life transitions, and social roles affect their mood and behavior, and teaches strategies for handling challenges more effectively.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on finding practical solutions and building on your strengths rather than digging into problems or past difficulties. It helps you identify what’s already working in your life, set clear goals, and take small, actionable steps to create change.
Shadow Work
Shadow Work is a process of exploring and understanding the parts of ourselves we usually hide or deny; like anger, fear, jealousy, or insecurity. The aim is not to rid ourselves of these parts, rather, to understand and integrate them so they no longer control us unconsciously. This deeply transformative work helps you bring hidden parts of yourself into awareness, heal old patterns, and become a more whole and authentic version of yourself.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-focused approach that helps you release stress and trauma stored in the body, especially around birth, pregnancy, or early motherhood. Instead of only talking about feelings, this process helps you notice physical sensations and gently work with them to calm the nervous system. For example, new mothers use SE to release birth trauma, ease postpartum anxiety, or feel more present and grounded with their baby. In short, it’s about healing through the body, helping emotions settle, and restoring a sense of safety and calm.
