When we approach healing from one dimension it leads to a reductionist way thinking.
In my work, I’ve observed that healing is most common when we tune into the patterns that lie beneath the surface. Reiki (energy work), Human Design (aligning to the larger picture) and Psychotherapy (talk therapy) hit all basis: mind, body and spirit.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century, developed by Dr. Mikao Usui.
The term "Reiki" comes from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning "universal," and Ki, meaning "life energy." It is based on the belief that a universal life force flows through all living things and that disruptions or blockages in this energy can cause physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.
Reiki is considered complementary to traditional medicine. Many people use it as a tool for self-care, spiritual growth, and emotional balance.

Reiki works in several ways:
Energy Flow: In Reiki, a practitioner is a conduit for universal life energy (Rei-Ki) to flow through their hands to the recipient. This energy promotes balance and healing in the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is not considered the practitioner’s own energy but is instead drawn from a universal source.
Chakras and Meridians: Reiki often works with the concept of chakras (energy centers in the body) and meridians (energy pathways). If energy becomes blocked in these areas due to stress, trauma, or emotional disturbances, it can lead to physical or emotional symptoms. Reiki is believed to clear these blockages, restoring the natural flow of energy.
Self-Regulation: Reiki energy is "intelligent" and knows where it is needed. The recipient's body and energy system are thought to "draw" the energy to specific areas in need of balance, whether it’s emotional healing, stress reduction, or physical ailments.
Deep Relaxation: Reiki induces a deep state of relaxation, which in itself can promote natural healing processes.
Mind-Body Connection: Reiki works by enhancing the mind-body connection. When mental and emotional stress is alleviated, the body is more capable of healing itself. Reiki can help shift emotional patterns, encouraging a more positive outlook, which in turn affects physical well-being.
